We investigated the spin-charge current conversion efficiency in the Bi/Ni bilayer by spin torque ferromagnetic resonance measurement. The Bi layer and Ni layer were formed as single crystals. We measured the sample groups with different Bi film thicknesses and obtained a large conversion efficiency as compared with the previous studies.
