We successfully prepared PbBr-based layered perovskite organic-inorganic quantum-well having anthracene chromophore-linked ammonium molecule as organic layer by using molecular mixing technique. In the quantum well, unique phenomenon, namely, emission which is not assigned to the exciton emission of inorganic layer, fluorescence, and phosphorescence of anthracene chromophore, suggesting the formation of the strongly coupled hybrid exciton.
