[18a-P03-4] Two ferromagnetic resonances in the phase transition process of FeRh/Al2O3(0001)

We report on ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) properties of FeRh thin films on Al2O3(0001) substrates that show the antiferromagnetic-ferromagnetic phase transition as a function of temperature. We find that two distinct FMR branches appear in the transition process while one of the branches disappears in the ferromagnetic phase. In the presentation, we will discuss the origin of the significant FMR properties, associated with the formation of possible separate two ferromagnetic domains with distinct magnetic anisotropy, which occurs in the initial transition process.
