Keywords:memory, semiconductor, fundamental research

In 2014, I joined Kioxia (Toshiba at that time) as a master’s degree graduate and was engaged in development of 3D flash memory for six years. Hoping to expand knowledge and extend skills, I enrolled in doctoral course at Nagoya University in 2018. I worked at Kioxia in weekdays and studied at university in holidays, completing doctoral degree in two years. Now I’m researching future memory devices. I would like to share the attraction to research the cutting edge memory devices at world’s leading semiconductor plant, Kioxia Yokkaichi Plant.
