We are planning to develop an X-ray imaging detector with high-resolution and a large field of view to expand the applicable samples for X-ray tomographic microscopy. The resolving power capable of ~200 nm line & space visualization and the ~2 mm square field of view are aimed to be simultaneously achieved. In this presentation, we will report the development plan and its progress.
