[18a-Z13-10] Proposal of a Mechanism for Signal Propagation of Seawater Wireless Communication utilizing Diamond Electrolyte Solution Gate FET

We proposed seawater wireless communication utilizing diamond electrolyte solution gate FETs(SGFETs). In this research, we evaluate the output characteristics of the SGFET by varying the solution cross-sectional area and distance between the gate electrode and the channel. In a system with a small cross-sectional area of the solution, the output increased as the cross-sectional area is expanded, but in a system with a large cross-sectional area of the solution, the cross-sectional area dependence on the output was small. In addition, since there is frequency dependence on the propagation distance, we propose a signal propagation model using compressional waves of ions.
