LaBGeO₅ (LBGO)は電圧印加による周期分極反転構造の作製が可能であることから，新たな紫外光発生用の波長変換材料として期待されている．我々は最近，基本波波長1064nmでLBGOの2次非線形光学定数(以下d定数)を測定し，d₃₃，d₃₁(=d₃₂)，d₁₁，d₂₂を決定した．非線形光学定数には波長依存性があることから，今回，紫外波長変換において需要な基本波波長532 nmでのd定数の絶対測定を行い，d₃₃の値を求めたので報告する．
