Frictional charging of the film causes static marks, which are a mixture of positive and negative static charges, causing a variety of problems. These static marks are present even when the static electricity measuring device shows 0 V, and cannot be removed by general static electricity removal devices. Currently, it is necessary to spray special toner to check the static marks, but it contaminates the object. In this study, we report a non-contaminating and non-contact imaging of hidden static electricity using an electric field sensor array of extended gate organic transistors.
