[18p-P06-4] Investigation of annealing effects on CdTe diodes fabricated by laser-induced backside doping

私たちはレーザードーピングによるCdTeのpnダイオードの開発を行っている．従来アニール処理は向いていないと考えられてきたCdTeだが，ドーパントの活性化率向上のための手段としてアニール処理を利用出来る可能性がある．そこで本研究ではレーザードーピングを行った後にドーピング濃度及び活性化率を測定，算出した．また温度を変えてアニール処理を行い評価した．
