[18p-P06-5] Time dependence of carrier transport characteristics of Ohmic CdTe radiation detector measured by infrared laser

Operation time dependence of charier transport properties in Ohmic type CdTe radiation detector was evaluated by using infrared laser which can control carrier generation position, time, and frequency instead of the X-ray. The time dependence of pulse height and rise time was observed in the Ohmic type CdTe detector which has no depletion region and is not considered to show polarization phenomena.
