「女性の職業生活における活躍の推進に関する法律（女性活躍推進法）」施行により、女性の労働環境の改善に取り組む企業は増加しています。弊社も「多様性が活きる環境」などを軸としてA Better Workstyle（＝働きがい改革）に取り組んでいます。本講演では、企業の開発現場の一例として、私が所属する太陽電池事業の女性技術者の事例とその上司による採用活動や育成方針、Withコロナを含めた最近の職場環境を紹介します。
