Colored centers in diamond are expected to be applied to quantum networks due to their excellent optical and spin properties. Among them, a tin-vacancy (SnV) center is a promising candidate. In order to measure the intrinsic linewidth, luminescence stability, and spin coherence time of SnV quantum sources, photoluminescence excitation (PLE) is required. In this study, we constructed the PLE measurement system and measured the resonant excitation of SnV, which is a fundamental technology for quantum measurement. As a result, the formation of multiple high-quality SnV centers with comparable properties was confirmed.
