[18p-Z13-2] Temperature sensing using SiV centers in detonation nanodiamonds

The silicon-vacancy center (SiV) in nanodiamonds is promising as a probe for measuring local temperature changes in living cells. Recently, we have produced small-diameter nanodiamonds containing SiV by the detonation method (SiV-DND) which enables inexpensive and mass production for the first time. In this study, I measured the temperature dependence of the fluorescence spectrum with purpose of applying SiV-DND to the intracellular temperature probe.
