△ [18p-Z32-3] Passive Change of Transmittance of Thermo-Responsive Hydrogel with Multi-Photon Photoreduction

Hydrogel is a polymer material expected to be applied for optical devices mounted on biotissues. Transition of the transmittance of hydrogels depend on input power would allow to defend tissues against strong light. In this study, we locally fabricated a gold microstructure inside a temperature-responsive hydrogel using multi-photon photoreduction. Phase transition triggered by photothermal conversion of the gold microstructure induced transmittance elimination at high laser power.
