[19a-Z04-5] Wavelength dependence of phototoxicity caused by laser irradiation to living cells

By observing the dynamics of PCNA after laser irradiation using live cell imaging technology, we showed the phototoxic irradiation site and cell cycle dependence. This time, we constructed a system that can irradiate laser light with two wavelengths of 375 nm and 405, and investigated the wavelength dependence of phototoxicity. DNA damage was similar at both wavelengths when laser irradiation was performed at an intensity of 3.0 μW.
