[19p-P01-17] Experimental study on grain boundaries in aligned graphene grains

Since single-layer graphene has characteristics such as high carrier mobility, it is expected to be applied to a wide range of fields. It has been reported that a complete single crystal graphene was obtained in a synthetic method in which the orientation of a six-membered ring is aligned on an epitaxial Cu (111) thin film, but the grain boundary structure of the aligned graphene has not been investigated in detail. Therefore, in this study, We synthesized hexagonal graphene grains on a Cu (111) thin film on sapphire and investigated the interface where the grains were adjacent.
