[19p-P02-16] Fabrication of flexible strain sensor using reduced graphene oxide sponge and analysis of composite effect with SiC nanoparticle to sensor performance

In this study, We fabricated a strain sensor by compositing low defect and turbostratic structured porous graphene fabricated from graphene oxide with polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and verified its flexibility and sensitivity. Furthermore, in order to improve the sensitivity by changing the microstructure, the possibility of adding SiC nanoparticles to change the contact form of graphene flakes and increasing the amount of resistance change was investigated.
