[19p-Z13-10] Domain structures of PbTiO3 epitaxial thin films prepared on Sr(Zr, Ti)O3-buffered substrates with various lattice constants

In this study, we focused on Sr(Zr, Ti)O3 buffer layer, which has a cubic, tetragonal, and orthorhombic structure depending on its composition. Since the ratio of the largest lattice constant to the smallest lattice constant is less than 1.003, Sr(Zr, Ti)O3 should work as a pseudo-cubic buffer layer. Series of Sr(Zr, Ti)O3 buffer layer with various composition enables to control the strain precisely by successively changing their lattice constants. In this presentation, we report the domain structures of PbTiO3 deposited on STO and LSAT substrates with Sr(Zr, Ti)O3 buffer layer.
