△ [19p-Z14-13] Observation of hydrogen spillover phenomena on SrFeOx thin films
Keywords:epitaxial thin films, hydrogen spillover, catalytic reactions
Hydrogen spillover is a phenomenon in which hydrogen atoms generated on the surface of a metal catalyst diffuse on catalyst carrier. In this study, we focused on the fact that in oxygen-deficient perovskite iron oxide SrFeOx (SFO, x ~ 2.8), when it is reduced, its electrical resistivity increases as the amount of oxygen decreases on the SFO epitaxial thin film. We investigated the behavior of hydrogen atoms regarding hydrogen spillover such as its diffusion distance on SFO epitaxial thin film.
