We conducted experiments for the new molecular introduction method for cells in liquid phase by using in-liquid plasma treatment. The in-liquid plasma treatment significantly enhanced GFP fluorescent expression in cultured cells. Therefore, it was considered that the plasmid DNA can be introduced into cells by in-liquid plasma irradiation treatment and in-liquid plasma can be used for the new method of gene introduction.
