In recent years, the technology for stable generation of atmospheric pressure plasma has been established, and its medical applications are developing rapidly. Although electrical effects such as electroporation are known, the mechanism is not clearly understood. The purpose of this study is to understand the basic mechanism of plasma medicine focusing on the interaction with cells by electric field and charge supply. In this paper, the change of voltage between membranes when plasma is irradiated to cells is analyzed by a circuit simulator.
