It is important to increase the detectable fluorescent photons in order to improve the magnetic sensitivity of the NV center. One method is measurement using nuclear spins. In previous studies using a single NV center, transfer to nuclear spins and quantum non-destructive (QND) measurements were applied to NMR measurements and has been realized 10-fold improvement of noises. In this study, the relationship between the experimental conditions of the static magnetic field and the accuracy of the QND measurement was evaluated by numerical calculation, and the sensitivity obtained when the QND measurement was applied to the magnetic measurement was considered.
