[19p-Z34-12] Numerical simulation of reservoir computing using domain wall motion in nanowires

In this research, we propose reservoir computing with magnetic nano-wire. This reservoir is based on a domain-wall shift register. A direction of magnetization in the magnetic nano-wire was used as a node state, and the node state was updated by using a rotating magnetic field. STM and PC tasks were used for evaluating the performance of the reservoir. With micromagnetic simulation, this reservoir shows STMC and PCC of 5, respectively.
