[19p-Z34-13] MEMS reservoir computing using frequency-modulated accelerometer

Focusing on reservoir computing using an accelerometer which has nonlinear oscillators, I tried applying to oscillators, not the typical input for amplitude modulation, but the input for rigidity change. Using SOI, the device was made by fabricating single-crystal silicon of 20 micrometers width. The system has delayed feedback. By conducting numerical simulation, I detected the optimal value which is beat period in forced vibration divided by the time interval of discretized weighted function.
