Crystal structure of organic semiconductors is crucial for obtaining high-performance organic thin-film transistors (TFTs). Here we report the mixing-induced control of polymorphic phases in the mixture of pTol-BTBT-C6 and -C8 which are recently-developed layered organic semiconductors. While the pristine pTol-BTBT-C6 and -C8 exhibit field-effect mobility of 1 cm2/Vs, the equimolar mixture exhibits mobility of 10 cm2/Vs in single crystalline TFTs. The observed mobility is strongly correlated with the structural change induced by mixing molecules.
