In this research, organic thin film transistors were fabricated on nanofilm substrates with average thickness ~200 nm. These nanofilms consists of polyurethane nanofibers and polydimethylsiloxane films, and has high adhesiveness. On these films, top-contact transistors with DNTT as semiconducting layer were fabricated. The transistors exhibited mobility of 0.20 cm2/Vs, threshold voltage of −0.4 V, and the highest current on/off ratio obtained was over 105.
