[20a-P05-14] Formation of a DNA network structure using direct current electric field

In this study, we present the results of DNA stretching using a direct current (DC) electric field. When a DC voltage was applied to a droplet containing DNA, the molecules were stretched by the polarization charges generated at both ends of the DNA. It was also confirmed that the DNA was stretched while forming a network structure.
