[20a-P05-20] The Cell Culture of Saos-2 cell on Scaffold Composed of Molecular Nanocoil with Magnetic Fields

The purpose of this research was to fabricate a network structure composed of molecular nanocoils and to construct a novel scaffold system. The MTT assay was performed to evaluate the cytotoxicity of the fabricated nanocoils, and no difference in cell viability was observed between the cells with and without the nanocoils. In addition, when cells were cultured on the scaffold for 5 days, the number of cells increased compared to those without the scaffold.
