[20a-P05-21] Single-molecule detection of neurotransmitters using of machine learning

New detection methods for neurotransmitters are required for understanding of role of neurotransmitters in brain and some deseases related with neuroransmitters. Single-molecule measurement is attracting attention as a new method for detection method of various biomolecules such as DNA, RNA and amino acids. However, the selectivity of convensional single-molecule measurement is low. In this study, we applied machine learning to single molecule signals to improve the discrimination ability between neurotransmitters. By learning the signals caused by contamination in biosample, we succeeded in detecting and discriminating neurotransmitters in biological samples.
