[20a-P05-5] Observations of galvanotaxis of epithelial cells with monolayer and 3D structures

Epithelial cells are known to exhibit directed migration, called galvanotaxis, under static electric field. We found that not only monolayer cells but also 3D dome-like structures respond to electric fields. In this presentation, we will report the results of electric field response of Madin-Darby Canine Kidney cells(MDCK) with monolayer and 3D dome-like structures under static electric field.
