[20a-P09-1] Extraction of literature information on superconducting materials and automatic construction of models to predict physical properties and processing

本研究では，論文検索サイト Scopus（1949 年－) から取得した 48,865 件の文献抄録に対して，材料組成，転移温度， ドーピング情報，プロセス情報などを含む自動スロット抽出及び転移温度予測モデルの構築を行った．予測転移温度は，組成情報を記述子としてrandom forestで抽出転移温度を学習したモデルによって評価し，プロセス情報については，word2vecを用いてベクトル化した固有表現間の類似性を用いて，材料組成に関連性の大きいプロセスを予測した．
