[20p-A205-3] Structural Analysis of Sn-based Alloy Melt / Au Interface by AFM

When molten metals and solid metals come into contact, alloying process develops at the interface. Even though metals are opticaly opaque, qPlus AFM does not require the optical lever method and can visualize the interfacial structure. In this presentation, we'll report the results of structural analysis of Sn-based alloy melt / Au Interface investigated by qPlus AFM.
