In recent years, attention has been focused on research on improving the performance of robots. We have manufactured a pressure sensor array and mounted it on a robot gripper to conduct research on gripping pressure control and pressure mapping. In this presentation, we report that we have succeeded in fabricating a sensor device that integrates two types of pressure sensors and a temperature sensor, mounting it on a robot gripper, and incorporating it into a robot control system.
