Recently doped organic semiconductors are attracting attention as electronic materials. We have previously reported many organic transistors using mixed charge-transfer complexes. Generally, the off-current in these transistors increases with the charge transfer degree between donor and acceptor molecules, but most of the transistors of the mixed stacking nature using TCNQ as an acceptor, show only n-type characteristics. In this study, we introduce a hole-dominant p-type transistor based on a charge-transfer complex formed by a strong donor.
