Recently, we have succeeded in dry printing on organic/oxide semiconductors, insulators, and metal in our toner-type printed electronics. In the next step, establishing a low-temperature sintering method for various electronic materials is necessary. Because these electronic materials have different melting points, we must consider them for every material. In this work, we will discuss the high pressure and ultrasonic sintering of the metal toner particles.
