Keywords:toner-printing, development, electronic materials

Toner-printing is one of the on-demand printing methods that operates toner particles and make a pattern using an electrostatic force. Although we had achieved making an electrical circuit pattern by electronic materials of various semiconductors, metals, and insulators, further improvement in printing qualities, high resolution, and high contrast, is required for practical industrial application. In this study, we succeeded in the development of 10-micrometer line widths using Zn nanoparticles as the toner. Other recent progress toward high resolution and high contrast printing of metal, semiconductor, and insulator particles will be discussed.
