[20p-B204-6] Fabrication of GdMnO3/LaNiO3 superlattice structure by pulse-laser deposition

Heterojunctions of perovskite-type Mn oxides and Ni oxides have interface-specific physical properties associated with charge, spin, and orbital degrees of freedom.It was also reported that by reducing the A-site atoms size and introducing oxygen octahedral rotation, the amount of charge transfer is maximized and magnetism develops.In this study, we fabricated a GdMnO3/LaNiO3 superlattice structure by changing the A-site atom from La to Gd and investigated the effects of oxygen octahedral rotation and f electrons on the magnetic properties.
