Spontaneous polarization orientation of vacuum-deposited organic films has been reported. Our research group recently developed fluoroalkyl-based polar molecules exhibiting highly-ordered dipole orientation to form high surface potential. In this study, for higher surface potential of deposited films, I designed polar molecules based on 6FDA.
