[20p-P03-1] Input/output characteristics of single-electron NAND circuit

The logic circuit inside the integrated circuit is assembled by a logic gate having a CMOS configuration. Research results by experiments or numerical simulations have been reported for logic gates using single electron transistors (SET) similar to CMOS configurations. Among them, research on NOT circuits is active, but research results on NAND circuits are few. Therefore, in this study, we analyze the entire single-electron NAND circuit as an integrated model, and clarify that a stepwise output voltage that reflects the discreteness of the electrons can be obtained.
