[21a-A200-3] Surface plasmon aptasensor development for monitoring the blood concentration of the therapeutic drug Vancomycin

本研究ではペプチドアプタマーと表面プラズモン共鳴を用いて、血中バンコマイシン(VCM)濃度のモニタリングのための高感度な表面プラズモンアプタセンサを開発した。作製したセンサはVCM濃度に応じた反射率変化を示し、トラフ値以下で定量可能な感度(定量下限値：0.47 μM)が得られた。またPBSでの洗浄による再生が可能であった。以上、作製したセンサによるVCMの高感度かつ繰り返し測定の可能性が示された。
