We aimed to improve the possibility of application by making Kirigami structure in thermoelectric device, which gives it flexibility and allows it to be installed on curved surfaces. For Kirigami structure, optimal structural control is one of issue. In this research, we used the finite element method to analyze the temperature distribution between the device and the external environment, and we detected structure obtain the maximum power. In addition, the simulation results were verified by fabricating devices, and we confirmed that the output from the obtained structure is reasonable and useful in practical applications.
