Although human activities are severely limited by the COVID-19 pandemic, the aspect of activities during a stay in space differs greatly from that on the ground, and one of the limiting factors is exposure to space radiation. So far, semiconductor detectors have been used for the actual measurements onboard the Space Shuttles. Recently, the dose measurements have been performed using a 3D gas track detector onboard the International Space Station. The recent development status including the above is described.
