Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) solar cells are characterized by high conversion efficiency, low cost, and long-term reliability. For their practical use, it is necessary to achieve high efficiency in modules, but the increase in series resistance due to integration is one of the reasons for the decline in conversion efficiency. In this study, we focused on the series resistance of CIGS solar cell modules and the free carrier absorption of transparent conductive films, and analyzed them to obtain guidelines for improving efficiency.
