Keywords:CIGS, solar cell, bifacial

We have focused on CIGS solar cells, which have a light absorption coefficient 100 times higher than that of Si, as a material for bifacial solar cells that do not require bifacial processing.

However, when the fabricated solar cells were exposed to light, they were found to generate very little electricity.

This result suggests that the heat treatment temperature was too low, which may have caused the CIGS to be in an unsuitable crystalline state for power generation.

Therefore, we first performed heat treatment under various conditions and compared the results.
