[21a-P02-45] Two different pair breaking effects in LSMO/YBCO/LSMO superconducting spin-valves
Keywords:spin-valve, superconductor
In ferromagnet/superconductor/ferromagnet superconducting spin-valves, the relative orientation of the two ferromagnet layers can be controlled through the superconducting transition. Currently, it is possible to control the magnetization orientation so as to prevent the pair-breaking of superconductivity. However, if two different pair-breaking effects coexist and they can be controlled, bidirectional control of the magnetization orientaion is possible through superconducting transition, leading to memory device applications. In this study, we report on two different pair-breaking effects in a superconducting LSMO/YBCO/LSMO spin-valve structure.
