2種類のREBCOを混合したREBCO薄膜の磁場中におけるJ_cは向上することが報告されていることから、2種類以上のREBCOを混晶化することによって超伝導特性の向上を試みた。本研究では5種類のREBCO(RE=Yb, Tm, Er, Ho, Dy)を混合したエピタキシャル膜をNd:YAGパルスレーザー蒸着(Nd:YAG-PLD)法で作製することによって、その組成と超伝導特性について評価した。
