Although the development of integrated photonic devices based on topological photonics has been progressing, unidirectional waveguides based on chiral edge states have been difficult to realize due to the characteristics of magneto-optic materials. In this study, we focused on the enhancement of magneto-optical effect in Epsilon-Near-Zero (ENZ) materials, where the dielectric constant is almost zero, and analyzed Co-ITO nanogranular thin films with ENZ properties and confirmed the enhancement of Faraday rotation angle due to the dielectric constant change around the ENZ wavelength. The enhancement of magneto-optical effect due to the change of dielectric constant near the ENZ wavelength was confirmed.
