We analyze the crosstalk of phase shifters to achieve better fidelity for photonic matrix processors. We analyze the thermal and the electric crosstalk, then found the crosstalk factor can be different more than twice according to the electric and photonic wiring and the position of the phase shifters. The simulated crosstalk factor does not matter for digital switching and rooting applications. However, this matters for analog computation because the intensity could be modulated around 1%, so it should be compensated for practical operations.
