In this presentation, we introduce an electrical circuit model of a terahertz oscillator utilizing Bi2212 and compare the simulation results of this model with the experimental results of a real device. Next, by electrically connecting multiple units of this circuit in parallel and series, we show that it is possible to reproduce the experimental results for simultaneous driving of multiple mesas. Finally, a model-based discussion of conditions for the occurrence of a single-frequency pull-in phenomenon during a simultaneous drive will be presented.
