with Cu-O double chain layer.

RE247 and RE124, which are analogues of RE123, have Cu-O double chain layer without oxygen non-stoichiometry. Local crystal structures similar to the Cu-O double chain layer have been observed partially in RE123 after post-annealing treatment under humid atmosphere or high-energy electron irradiation. In this paper, we will report thin films in which stacking faults were introduced into Y123 thin films by post-annealing treatment under various conditions.
